Application
Respond® Curved Ceiling Clouds are intended for commercial applications that require a combination of strong design elements and acoustical absorption.
Construction
The curved panel features an external or internal metal frame providing exact curvature for demanding applications. The external frame is excellent where panels abut. Minimum Radius is 10'. Panels combine a dimensionally stable 6-7 PCF fiberglass faced with 1/8" 16-20 PCF molded fiberglass. Internal frame panels have 1/8" molded fiberglass on all faces. Panels are pre-wrapped with Class A-rated fabric adhered to the panel face and fully tailored corners. Internal frame panels can be covered completely with fabric with minimal seams.
Size Availability
Standard maximum sizes are either 4x'10'. For external frame, thicknesses are 1", 1 1/2" and 2". Internal frame panel thickness is 1 1/4".
